NaruSaku: No Time Like the Present
“Want some dango?” Sakura asked. Naruto looked down at the dango stick. He held Hanami with his right arm while she snuggled up to his neck, all tuckered out and drooling on his yellow yukata. And he held Shinachiku’s hand with his left hand. So his hands were literally full, unlike Sakura, with only Arashi held in her left arm. For a moment, Naruto did not consider a single solution, other than to nonverbally remind his beloved wife that he had a sleeping toddler in one arm and a tired little boy in his other hand. The night was old, and Naruto already wanted to go home, and he could tell she wanted to, as well. But the dango was currently, in the present, a more pressing matter. He looked down at the two dango that Sakura had in her hand. One was sanshoku, which oddly did not look appetizing at all. His eyes wandered instead to the mitarashi, the gooey sweet soy sauce yearning to drip off the rice dumplings. It called to him, “Come to meeee!” it said in his mind, although that was

Ore no Tsuma Wa Hokage Ni Natta Dattebayo! Chapter 3/3: One More Day It is Uzumaki Shion's birthday today. In the life of a young child this usually gives way to excitement and joy, being congratulated, receiving presents, birthday cake, songs and the like. For Shion-chan, however, the experience has been different for the whole of her life. It is not like her okaa-san and the others never threw a party, they totally did that. But after all the festivities, all the candles being blown out and all the songs being sung, there always comes a moment when the last drops of confetti hit the ground and an eerie silence lays over everything. In those instances Shion-chan looks into the faces of the adults around her and sees a bitterness in their smiles, something that even a kid like her is able to decipher. Usually this means that it is time for her and her okaa-san to get up, get dressed and leave the house, to go to that place and visit that person again. They step out into the cold

Ore no Tsuma Wa Hokage Ni Natta Dattebayo! Chapter 2/3: To Everything There Is A Season Uzumaki Sakura takes step after step down the long staircase exiting the Hokage's office as a cold gust kicks up the auburn leafs at the foot of the stairs. Once again the autum of the year oversees the dying of bloom and petal in Konohagakure. She clings to her red coat and braces herself for the cold. I can perceive tension on her face, which is almost hidden underneath the red head piece with the long white veils. To the outside world this garment signifies who and what she is - the Hokage of Konohagakure. She takes a few steps outside and inhales the fresh evening air, waiting to be attended to. When the Hokage of Konohagakure walks through the streets of the village, she is always accompanied by the Gohei Shoutai, the elite guards shielding her from potential threats to her life. Konohagakure is a peaceful place now, after all this time of fighting and warfare. Yet, everlasting peace and

Ore no Tsuma Wa Hokage Ni Natta Dattebayo! Chapter 1/3: The Road Not Taken I'm married to the Hokage of Konohagakure, the most influential person in the village and maybe the whole of the Shinobi Godaikoku. She's an amazing person, in fact, the most amazing person I know. She's bright and smart and beautiful and funny and... right now, pretty tired. Right now she's at her desk in the lonely tower of the rebuilt Hokage residence rising high over the rest of the buildings, signing a report by one of her top field agents. While she's skimming through the collected data the dark red traditional headpiece symbolizing the Hokage's power and status rests on the desk by her side, keeping watch. A soft breeze enters through the large windows behind her and playfully pushes pink strands of hair into her line of view, as if asking her to come out and play. With a quick gesture of the hand, the Hokage shoves it out of her face back in its place. She puts the heavy stamp down on the scroll
So, I was just browsing the internet this fine evening, and I came across this NS/NH Debate. Apparently, what started this argument was that the Anonymous NS had made a comment on a fellow NS's wall asking Anonymous NH to be civil, and then Anonymous NH tracked down Anonymous NS and started ripping on her. Below is their debate. I thought that there were some ingenious points brought up, so I thought I would share.
So who do you think won the argument?? ;)
P.S. I kept the shippers anonymous so that there would be no bashing of the persons and we could just focus on their debating skills. :D

Haunted: Part 2
Tsunade walked into the cafeteria of the hospital, holding the piece of paper Night Hawk had given her in her right hand. She stood out of the other nurses’ way as they entered and left, while skimming the room for a particular pink haired ninja. Eventually, she spotted Sakura sitting at a table, enjoying a conversation with some of her coworkers. Tsunade smiled, and made her way to Sakura, catching her attention.
“Excuse me, Sakura. I need to see you. Alone, please.” Tsunade said.
Concerned she was in trouble or did something wrong, Sakura glanced at the other nurses, then stood from her seat

Haunted
Opening her eyes to the sound of her alarm clock going off, Sakura rolled over, and shielded her eyes from the sunlight reflecting off the walls of her room. She lay in bed motionless for a few seconds, watching the blades of her ceiling fan spin around in endless circles. Once her eyes had adjusted, and she felt ready to prepare for her day, she stood from her bed and proceeded to do her morning routine.
After she’d finished breakfast, Sakura grabbed her medical supplies and made her way for the door. But just before she grabbed the door knob, there was a knock. She opened the door, and much to her surprise, Shizune

A Stranger Among Us
Returning from the hospital to see a visitor, Tsunade made her way up the stars of the Hokage Building to her office. She walked along with Shizune, and had one of the random Leaf Ninja go get the visitor. The ninja saluted and ran off while Tsunade made herself comfortable behind her desk with Shizune standing beside her.
A few minutes later, the ninja Tsunade had sent to retrieve the visitor came back to the office, followed by a man Tsunade had never seen before.
“So, you’re the one that requested my presence?” She asked. The man was tall and wore a hooded dark green robe with a black mas

Recovery
A few hours had passed, and Ino, Sakura and Hinata were still at the mall. They had cleared a number of stores, but still had a long way to go. In the meantime, they decided it was time to take a break for a while so they spent some time in the food court.
“Geeze, Sakura, you think you could slow down a bit?” Ino asked, amazed at how fast Sakura’s been going through the stores, “I can hardly keep up, and I’m an expert at this stuff compared to you two.”
“Haha! Or so you think!” Sakura said back, “Maybe I come here more often than you, and you just don’t know i
